Tennessee Mobile Tire

If I could give it a 0 out of 5 I would. Rude and unprofessional. They hung up the second I questioned their pricing. Funny how all of the negative comments you make fun of them for not being able to afford it. Be better. It costs nothing to be kind.

I am currently stranded on the side of the road and contact this mobile tire service for help. After explaining my situation, I am quoted $400. I do not move forward with the service. While a business has the right to set its prices, it is deeply disappointing to see pricing presented this way to someone in an emergency. Situations like this leave people vulnerable, and taking advantage of that moment lacks compassion and transparency. I am sharing this so others are aware and can ask for clear pricing upfront before agreeing to service. I am 5min away you are a liar. It will not let me paste the screen shot. I would rather die on the side of the road than allow someone to morally take advantage of me. Your business should be boycotted. Shame on you.

My friends and I were stranded traveling through Tennessee on Friday 09/26 due to a torn tire in our trailer and we called them to get new ones. However, they left us waiting for 3 hours in until 12am just struggle to tires out and for the tires they brought to not fit our trailer. They charged my friend $1000 for tires and services which THEY COULD NOT PERFORM but today 09/29 they have still not refunded the money. Stay away from this business if you don’t want to get ripped off!!

This company is nothing but a scam. They charged my wife over $1,000 for a mobile tire service on our trailer and didn't fix a single thing. Instead of helping, they made the situation worse - breaking studs, taking off rim nute, and leaving the trailer sitting on bare rims at 3 AM in a gas station. Six women were stranded in the middle of the night with no working trailer and no way to move it.To make it worse, the company has completely ignored all calls and texts after taking the money upfront. No refund, no accountability, no customer service, just silence. To make it worse, the company has completely ignored all calls and texts after taking the money upfront. Do yourself a favor: DO NOT use this company. They will take your money, damage your property, and disappear.

I was traveling from PA to MS with two dogs when I found myself stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. I called several places and had little luck because the tires on my car are an uncommon size. Not only did they have the tire, but they showed up quickly and had me back on the road within 15 minutes.
